As a result of the transition to our new system, Utility invoices that are typically mailed in the first week of May have been delayed until late next week. As a result of the delayed mailing, no late payment penalties will be charged for this billing cycle. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Home Energy Efficiency Kits are now available for loan and include practical tools to test different aspects of your home’s performance, such as heat loss, appliance usage, and indoor air quality.
