Lakeshore Estates Rehabilitation Information Session
Parkland County is hosting an information session to update residents about the upcoming Lakeshore Estates Subdivision Road Rehabilitation Project.
The proposed road rehabilitation work will include a combination of Full Depth Reclamation and Asphalt Overlay to improve the condition and longevity of subdivision roads.
Full Depth Reclamation
Full Depth Reclamation rebuilds the road foundation by recycling the existing asphalt and gravel beneath it. The materials are mixed and compacted to create a stronger base, then covered with a new asphalt surface. This process helps improve road conditions, smoothness, and long-term durability.
Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2027.
Information Session
Local residents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the project, the planned improvements, anticipated construction impacts, and the next steps in the project timeline. County representatives will be available to answer questions and gather feedback from residents.
Date: November 12, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Location: St. Michael’s Fenwyck Heights
260 Pioneer Rd Spruce Grove, AB
Representatives from Parkland County and the Engineering Consultant WSP Canada Inc. will be available to answer questions, discuss the project and gather feedback from residents.
