Parkland County recently underwent an upgrade to our accounting and billing system. As a result of the transition to our new system, Utility invoices that are typically mailed in the first week of May have been delayed until late next week. As a result of the delayed mailing, no late payment penalties will be charged for this billing cycle. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Parkland County is preparing to launch a new Online Services system designed to make managing taxes, utilities, and accounts receivable easier and more convenient for residents and businesses.
In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Parkland County has scheduled a Public Hearing regarding the proposed adoption of the following Bylaw:
