Save the date for the Living Well, Aging Well Expo

A free community event for adults 50+, caregivers and family members is coming to Entwistle this fall. 

Mark your calendar for the Living Well, Aging Well Expo on Thursday, October 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Hosted by Seba Seniors, the City of Spruce Grove and Parkland County, the Expo will bring together local information, resources, and services that can help people stay healthy, connected, and supported as they age. 

The event is designed for adults 50+, as well as caregivers and family members who may be helping a parent, loved one or friend navigate services and plan for the future. 

Attendees will have opportunities to learn about local programs and services, meet organizations that support older adults and connect directly with people who can help. 

The Expo is free to attend, but registration is required.
