With Parkland County's Public Tax Roll Property Search, you can view current assessment values of properties throughout the County. This service gives you:
- Civic addresses
- Legal descriptions
- Current assessments
Can I find out the owner of a property and their contact information?
Under the Access to Information Act (ATIA), this information can only be disclosed if another piece of legislation* provides for it. Parkland County is only permitted to release information for the purpose for which it was collected (i.e., sending out property assessment and taxation notices)
*Examples of legislation include Maintenance Enforcement Act and Income Tax Act
