Step 1: Navigate to the Online Services platform. You can click the link at the top of this page, or in the secondary menu:
Step 2: You’ll be able to find a property using either the Roll Number or Address. If you do not know the Legal Address, start by clicking “Search for a Property.” If/when you have one or both of these options, proceed to “Order Certificates.”
Step 3: Check the terms and conditions box and click “Order Certificates.”
Step 4: Search for a property using the Roll Number or Address. Enter your File ID next to the correct Property Address and click “Select to Order.” Review your Order Summary and Continue.
Step 5: Proceed through the Payment Checkout
