Tax Certificates

Tax Certificates can be purchased through Parkland County’s Online Services system.  

If you are requesting a tax certificate before the fifth day of the month, please contact the Tax Department to confirm an accurate balance, as tax penalties may not yet be reflected on the tax roll. 

Tax certificate fees are set in accordance with the Fees and Charges Bylaw.

Step 2: You’ll be able to find a property using either the Roll Number or Address. If you do not know the Legal Address, start by clicking “Search for a Property.” If/when you have one or both of these options, proceed to “Order Certificates.”

Step 4: Search for a property using the Roll Number or Address. Enter your File ID next to the correct Property Address and click “Select to Order.” Review your Order Summary and Continue.
