Vendors should note that, between January 1, 2023 through and including December 31, 2023 Parkland County intends to participate in one or more standing offer arrangements through competitive processes conducted by the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, a division of the Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), the Government of Alberta (GOA), the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI) and Kinetic GPO. For further information and access to tender opportunities posted by these groups, please review the Alberta Purchasing Connection and/or MERX websites.
Vendor Requirements:
Parkland County requires all vendors to adhere to employment and safety standards. Vendors are typically requested to provide a Certificate of Insurance and WCB Clearance Letter, as well as any additional requirements outlined in the Bid document or as required for the project (i.e. Certificate of Recognition, bid security, contract security, industry certifications, etc.).
Please note that Parkland County does not maintain a central, formal vendor registry. In order to do business with the County, it is important that you make yourself known to Procurement Services at procurementservices@parklandcounty.com or the County department(s) most likely to require your goods and/or services.
