Tri-Municipal Leisure Facility Board

The Tri-Municipal Region Board oversees the management and operation of the Tri-Municipal Family Leisure Centre on behalf of Parkland County, the City of Spruce Grove, and the Town of Stony Plain. Comprised of elected officials and public members from all three municipalities, the Board works collaboratively to provide strategic oversight and help ensure the facility continues to meet the recreational and wellness needs of the region's residents.
Membership
Three (3) representatives from each of Parkland County, City of Spruce Grove and Town of Stony Plain (to be a combination of elected officials and public members). One (1) shall be a member of Council; two (2) members are public members. One alternate councillor is also appointed by Parkland County.
Term/Expiry
- Council members are appointed annually at the organizational meeting for the following calendar year.
- Public members are appointed for three-year terms and may not serve for a term exceeding six (6) consecutive years.
Meetings
Meetings will be held on a monthly basis.
