How to set up Your Account

You can create your own login using your property tax, utility bill or accounts receivable invoice.
If you do not have a previous invoice available, please email Parkland County Customer Service at customerservice@parklandcounty.com

Instructions for creating a login

1. Visit www.parklandcounty.com and select 'Account Login' at the top of the page.

 

2. To create your account, you will need to locate your customer number on a previous utility, AR invoice or tax assessment. These documents will also show your account number, which you will also need.

Each resident/customer has their own individual customer number. This number will give them access to all accounts registered in their name.

 

3. Select ‘Register’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

4. Enter your ‘User ID’, ‘Account Number’ and the account type that belongs to the account number and select ‘Submit’.

 

5. You will then be taken to a page that will allow you to create your password, select a security question, and add your email address. Select ‘Submit’ once completed.

 

6. The next page will be your registration confirmation page, informing you that a confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided. This can take a few minutes and can sometimes be delivered to your spam folder. If you do not receive it after a few minutes, select ‘Resend Email’. Do not close this window until you receive the email.

 

7. In the email will be a link that you will need to select to confirm your registration. This will then take you to the login screen.

 

8. Once complete, you will be able to sign in using your user ID and password that you created. Please keep this information for your records.

 

9. Once in your account, you will be able to see all accounts that you currently have with Parkland County. This could include utilities, property taxes, accounts receivable, dog licenses etc. Select the account number to see more details on each account.
