PLANit Application Portal
Changes are coming to the PLANit Portal!
Parkland County is updating the PLANit Portal, our online permitting system, to provide a more streamlined experience, with improved functionality and security.
As part of this update, we are reorganizing the portal and centralizing applications to make it easier for registered users to access and manage their applications in one place. The updated layout will also simplify navigation, helping users find what they need more quickly and complete tasks more efficiently.
Effective September 21, 2026, registered users will be required to create a new password the first time they sign in to the updated Planit portal. This one-time password update is required as we transition to a new, more secure sign-in system.
After your password has been updated, you can continue using the PLANit Portal as usual with your new password.
We appreciate your patience as we make these improvements to provide a more secure, seamless and user-friendly experience.
