Water Conservation Request Lifted - Big Lake Area

ARROW Utilities Crews have been working diligently and were able to stabilize the issue. Residents in the Big Lake areas of Legend Estates, Walker Lake Estates, Morningside Properties, and Lake Ridge Estates can resume non-essential water use as normal. Thank-you for your cooperation.

Due to impacts on regional drainage and wastewater systems, the ARROW Utilities line in the Big Lake area is currently backing up. ARROW Utilities vacuum trucks are on site to address the issue and reduce overflow.

Residents of Walker Lake Estates, Morningside Properties, Lake Ridge Estates, and Legend Estates are urgently asked to reduce water consumption immediately and avoid all non-essential water use until further notice.

You can help by:

• Avoiding laundry and dishwasher use
• Limiting showers and baths where possible
• Avoiding unnecessary indoor water use

Reducing water use now will help lessen pressure on the system while crews continue to address the line issue.
