River’s Edge Development Area: Draft Policies Ready for Review
Parkland County is proposing to adopt the River’s Edge Development Area Policies and rescind the Woodbend-Graminia Area Structure Plan.
Stage 1 engagement introduced the project and gathered a range of perspectives on potential policy ideas. The Project Team considered that feedback, along with technical analysis and existing County plans and policies, when preparing the draft River’s Edge Development Area Policies.
