Update: Sept.3, 2025 - 4:25 p.m.
Water Service has now been shut-off. We will advise when service resumes.
Parkland County will be performing planned repairs on critical water infrastructure in Entwistle. As a result, water service will be temporarily shut-off.
When:
- Wednesday, September 3, 2025
- Water shut-off: 4:00 p.m.
- Service will be restored once flushing and water quality testing are complete
- Water may remain off for up to 6 hours.
Where:
- Homes in Southwest Entwistle
- Entire North side of Entwistle (north of Hwy 16)
What to Expect:
- No water service during the 2–4 hour repair window.
- Please prepare in advance by filling containers or bathtubs with fresh water prior to the shut off time.
- After service is restored, run your cold-water taps for 10 minutes to flush lines and bring in fresh water.
- A slight chlorine smell may be noticed during flushing; this is temporary and safe and will disappear when the fresh water reached the residence.
