Please take notice that the following development permit(s) have been approved by the Development Authority as a discretionary use, subject to appeal:

Appeal Deadline: December 10, 2025 at 4:30pm

This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the decision date pursuant to Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, C M-26.
