A Movie Night Under the Stars: Featuring Hoppers

Join Parkland County for our fifth annual Outdoor Movie Night, hosted at the Coal Diamond Sports Park in Wabamun. Following last year’s event, which brought together nearly 650 attendees, this year will feature Hoppers on the big screen. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for this open-air movie night! Want some snacks during the movie? A concession stand will be open.

The event will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of admission fees, non-perishable food donations will be accepted.

This family-friendly event is open to all ages, with youth 12 and under requiring adult supervision. Please note that pets are not permitted (with the exception of service animals) and there is limited parking on site.
