Tax, Utility & Online Services

Parkland County is upgrading our Online Services system to improve how residents and businesses access and manage tax, utility, and accounts receivable information.

Our current system has reached end of life and will be replaced with a new, fully online platform that offers a more user-friendly experience, enhanced self-service options, and the ability to receive bills through paperless e-billing.

At this time, no immediate action is required. This page will be updated as more information becomes available ahead of launch.

An Online Services account allows residents and businesses to securely access and manage their County accounts anytime, anywhere, without needing to visit in-person or wait for paper mail.

Once the new system is live, Online Services will allow you to:

  • View property tax and utility accounts registered in your name
  • Check account balances
  • Make secure online payments via credit card
  • Sign up for e-billing (paperless billing)
  • Access accounts receivable invoices
  • Purchase a property tax certificate

Note: Existing Online Services accounts will not transfer to the new system. All users will need to create new accounts once the new portal launches.

Parkland County is replacing the current Online Services platform because it has reached its end of life and can no longer support modern functionality or upgrades.

Key changes include:

  • A new, modern online portal
  • Improved usability and mobile-friendly design
  • New account registration for all users
  • Ability to pay online via credit card
  • Optional paperless e-billing

For most residents, the transition will result in minimal disruption.

Register for an Online Services account

Once the new Online Services system launches, residents and businesses will need to create a new account, even if they previously used the old portal.

Step-by-step registration instructions and resources will be added to this page prior to launch.

Go paperless with e-billing

The new Online Services system gives residents the option to receive utility bills electronically instead of by mail.

Benefits of e-billing:

  • Faster to access bills
  • Reduced paper waste
  • Less mail to manage means cost savings (less of your tax dollars spent on postage and internal process expense)
  • A simpler, more convenient experience

E-billing is optional and can be selected once you’re registered in the new system.
