School’s out, battle’s on. Join your team in three fast-paced Nerf challenges. Hide behind barricades, run fast, defeat your opponents! Nerf guns will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Youth Nights
Youth Nights are back at the Entwistle Outdoor Pool! Youth ages 12 to 17 are invited to join us for an evening of fun, including a group activity followed by swimming.

Come join us for an hour-long game of Survivor – Entwistle Pool style! You won’t be stranded on an island, and we won’t make you start a fire, but you will be tasked with all sorts of physical and mental challenges. You will be competing in a group of 3 or 4, so come prepared with a pre-arranged team or be prepared to join up with others! Will you survive and come out on top?
Ever wonder what it’s like to be a lifeguard? See for yourself! Join some of our Entwistle lifeguards to try out some lifesaving skills, no matter your swimming ability. Test your judgement, endurance, and collaboration skills in a variety of challenges as an individual and in groups. Please note, this activity is fully in water but does not require a specific level of swimming ability. Challenges can be completed in a lifejacket if necessary.
Race around Entwistle completing tasks, collecting tokens, and solving riddles. Follow clues to your next location and be prepared for detours and roadblocks. First team to the finish line wins a prize of... you’ll have to wait and find out!
Put on your thinking cap and get creative. Your group will be tasked to design and engineer a contraption to complete a certain task. You will have 40 mins to plan, build, and test your contraption before it is put to the final test. We can’t give away too much information... Come check it out for yourself.
August 14: Board and Card Games
Join us for an hour of fun before jumping in the pool. Play cooperatively, competitively, or independently. There will be cards, puzzles, and board games for you and others to enjoy. Play a familiar game or try something brand new.
It’s our Youth Night Finale – join us for the last of the season! All dye, elastic bands, and plastic bags will be provided. Bring with you a positive attitude and your own white or lightly coloured item to tie-dye. Shirt, socks, pillowcase, if you can name it, you can dye it.
