Parkland County Launching New Online Services System for Taxes, Utilities and More

Parkland County is preparing to launch a new Online Services system designed to make managing taxes, utilities, and accounts receivable easier and more convenient for residents and businesses. 

The County’s current Online Services platform has reached end of life and will be replaced with a modern, fully online system that offers improved usability, better self-service features such as payment via credit card, and the option to receive bills through paperless e-billing. 

What to expect: 

• All users will need to create a new Online Services account once the new system goes live 
• Existing usernames and passwords will not transfer 
• The system will allow residents to view account balances, make payments via credit card, and sign up for e-billing 
• A temporary Online Services outage of approximately two to three days will occur during the transition

No immediate action is required at this time. Step-by-step instructions and additional resources will be provided prior to launch.
