County Chats coming to communities across Parkland County

Parkland County is launching County Chats, a new series of open-house-style events designed to give residents the opportunity to meet Mayor and Council, ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about County initiatives and local community leagues

Taking place in divisions across the County, County Chats will offer a relaxed setting where residents can discuss local issues, hear about what is happening in Parkland County, and explore ways to get involved in their communities. 

The first event will take place in Tomahawk on Thursday, April 30, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. 

Upcoming County Chats are scheduled for: 

  • Tomahawk Agra Centre — Thursday, April 30 
  • Woodbend Community Hall — Tuesday, May 12 
  • Muir Lake Community Hall — Tuesday, June 2 
  • Magnolia Community Hall — Tuesday, June 9 
  • Parkland Village Community Centre — Wednesday, September 9 
  • Wabamun Jubilee Hall — Tuesday, October 6 
  • Keephills Community Hall — Wednesday, October 14 
  • Holborn Community Hall — Thursday, November 12 
  • Blueberry Community Hall — Monday, November 23 

All events run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
