Transfer Stations

There are six transfer stations in Parkland County. Select the station below to find hours of operation, payment, and accepted waste materials.

All Parkland County transfer stations are closed on statutory holidays, including New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Canada Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

Parkland County's Take-It-Or-Leave-It program is available at the Parkland County, Kapasiwin, and Seba Beach transfer stations. We ask that residents keep the drop off area clean and orderly and only leave items that are in good condition.

Building materials, mattresses, couches, beds, dressers, cribs, child car seats/booster seats, BBQ's and items that are not in good condition are not accepted at the Take It or Leave It and must be placed in the transfer station's waste bin.

Residents can drop off their bagged household waste and bluebag recycling at this site when they present their Solid Waste Disposal Card.

The Devon Recycle Centre accepts Parkland County residents' blue bag recycling items free of charge.
