Strategic Plan
Developed by the County's elected officials and senior Administration, the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan sets the County's vision for the future and will be the roadmap for Council during their term of office. This plan will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis in response to changes in the environment.
The 2022-2023 Corporate Plan is founded on the specific goals and strategies identified in the Strategic Plan, and will advance Council's vision for the County. Council's goals and strategies have been interpreted by Administration to prioritize key programs, projects, and initiatives. Progress will be measured by Key Performance Indicators, which will be presented to Council on a quarterly basis.
