Parkland County Seeking Community-Minded Residents for Committees and Boards

Parkland County is inviting applications from residents who are passionate about their community and interested in shaping the future of our region. Serving on a board or committee is a meaningful way to get involved, share your voice, and collaborate with others who care about local initiatives.

Vacancies will commence December 31, 2025, and are available on the following public advisory committees:

  • Parkland County Library Board – 2 positions available (maximum 3-year term); 2 eligible incumbents
  • Subdivision and Development Appeal Board – 5 positions available (maximum 3-year term); 5 eligible incumbents
  • Community and Sustainability Committee – 1 position available (maximum 4-year term)
  • ALUS Partnership Advisory Committee (PAC) – 2 positions available (maximum 4-year term); 2 eligible incumbents

Deadline for applications: October 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

Apply by visiting www.parklandcounty.com/committees. Terms of Reference and any special requirements for each committee are available online. Residency in Parkland County is required for all committee appointments.
