Orange Shirt Day

“On September 30, we honour the children, families and communities impacted by residential schools. Although we cannot undo past tragedy, together, we can commit to learning from it and building a better future,” said Mayor Allan Gamble. “The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is an important part of the reconciliation process and a time to commemorate, reflect and seek understanding.”
