Open House: Proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendments

Parkland County is currently undertaking an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw 2017-18, and an amendment to the Village of Wabamun Land Use Bylaw 07-2010.

Land Use Bylaw 2017-18: Osprey Bay Direct Control (DC) District Amendment + Redistricting

The proposed Osprey Bay amendments include minor text amendments to the Osprey Bay Direct Control District (DC Area 6), which applies to the lands located at 53221A RGE RD 54 and 53221C RGE RD 54. The proposal also includes redistricting a portion of the Osprey Bay DC area to PC-Conservation District.

Wabamun Land Use Bylaw 07-2010: Redistricting

The parcel located at 5116 53 Ave within the Hamlet of Wabamun is proposed to be redistricted from US – Urban Services District to R1 – Residential Single Unit (Frame) District.

 We invite you to share your thoughts and provide feedback on the proposed amendments by joining us at the in-person Open House on November 6, 2024. The Open House is a drop-in format from 5pm – 7pm at the Wabamun Office, located at 5217 52 St, Wabamun.
