Help Shape the Water & Wastewater Masterplan — Take the Survey Today!

Parkland County is developing a Water and Wastewater Master Plan to guide how water and wastewater services could be expanded over the next 50 years to meet the County’s long-term growth needs. Residents, businesses, and stakeholders are invited to participate in the planning process by completing a short survey, open until March 18, 2026.

The Water and Wastewater Master Plan is a 2025-2026 Council-supported initiative. It represents the final piece in a series of major infrastructure master plans, following the Transportation Master Plan and Stormwater Master Plan. View completed plans on the Reports, Studies and Plans page.

We want to hear from you! Feedback from residents and businesses is essential to ensure the plan reflects community needs and priorities. Public input will help Parkland County:

  • Understand how residents currently access water and wastewater services
  • Learn about seasonal vs. year-round occupancy and household sizes
  • Identify major issues, needs, opportunities, aspirations and priorities for current and future water and wastewater servicing in Parkland County
