Take notice that the following development permit has been approved by the Development Authority as a discretionary use, subject to appeal:

Proposed Development: RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE DETACHED (Modular Home (1670 SQFT) on basement with a variance to Section 2.180.5.1 to allow Residential Uses within a mine license area)

Decision Date: October 24, 2025

Appeal Deadline: November 14, 2025 at 4:30pm

This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the decision date pursuant to Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, C M-26.
