Council Raised the Flag to Honour Terry Fox and the Marathon of Hope

Today, Council proudly raised the flag to honour Terry Fox and the Marathon of Hope.

September 8 to 14 is known as Terry Fox Week in Parkland County with the theme “No Matter What”. We encourage all residents to reflect back on Terry’s dream and consider participating in the Tri-Region Terry Fox Run on Sunday, September 14, 2025, in Jubilee Park, with funds going towards cancer research.
