After School Programs

Parkland County, together with Brightwood Ranch, is offering fun and engaging after-school programs designed for kids and youth in grades 2 through 12.

Participants can enjoy games, healthy snacks, and exciting activities while making new friends and learning new skills in a safe, structured environment. Each week features themed programming, such as Around the World, Under the Sea, and Outdoor Adventure Week, to keep every day fresh, creative, and inspiring.

Grades 2 to 6: Kids in Action

Grades 7 to 12: Youth in Action

Looking for something fun to do? Check out Youth in Action on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.! Expect a mix of games, group challenges, creative projects, and hands-on activities—plus free healthy snacks every week.

This isn't just another program, Youth in Action is all about:

  • Making new friends
  • Being creative
  • Working as a team
  • Trying new things
  • Having fun in a chill, supportive space

Every week has a different theme, so it never gets boring. Registration recommended, drop in available.
