Take notice that the following development permit(s) have been approved by the Development Authority as a discretionary use, subject to appeal:

Proposed Development: AUTOMOTIVE, EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE SERVICES, MAJOR (placement of an office trailer to support the operations of Ledcor Highway LTD., relaxation to the minimum setback requirement from the property line of an adjacent local road from 8.0m to 6.1m).

Decision Date: June 30, 2025

Appeal Deadline: July 21, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.

This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the decision date pursuant to Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, C M-26.
