We’re excited to introduce Parkland Portal—a single sign-on, location-based dashboard that pulls our most-used County services into one place. The goal is to help you get information quickly and complete tasks online, without having to visit our Customer Service team. 

What’s in the Parkland Portal?

• PLANit: See the current status of building and development permit applications, right on your dashboard.
• Waste collection: Schedules for communities with curbside pick-up (Entwistle, Wabamun, & Big Lake) are automatically displayed.
• Snow Way! See when plows are active and get alerts when they’re within 5 km of your address.
• What’s happening nearby: Browse local events and public engagement opportunities.
• Fire services: View the current fire hazard level and apply for a fire permit.
• Coming soon: View and pay utility and tax bills online
