2024 Achievements

The department realigned and invested in key hires to provide exceptional service delivery. The team will be working to increase capacity to deliver new services, implement IT investment governance, increase transparency, and continue to support and grow service offerings.

To significantly reduce physical storage and enhance accessibility, we digitized 560 boxes of paper files which supports our transition to a digital-first organization. This is equal to 78,000 paper records!
