Additional Information/Interpretation
Application Fees may be refunded upon written request as follows:
- 90% prior to application circulation
- 20% after circulation but prior to preparation of Administration's report
No refund after the Administrative report has been prepared.
Advertising & Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board (EMRB) Referral Fee may be refunded upon written request as follows:
- 100% if request is received prior to advertising or Administrations report to Edmonton
No refund if advertising or EMRB referral completed.
Where there is a dispute over interpretation of the fees applied, a written request can be made to the PDS Director for clarification.
For application/endorsement fees that are based on a per lot/unit system, the remnant parcel and all public lots (i.e.. ER, MR, PUL) shall not be considered a lot to which the fees shall apply except where a public lot is the subject of the application.
An application is not considered complete and will not be processed until all fees are paid.
Inactive applications will be closed and applicable fees refunded, at the discretion of the file manager.
