Candidates - Notice of Intent

Per the Local Authorities Election Act, candidates who intend to run for the 2029 election for the position of Mayor, Councillor or School Board Trustee (Parkland School Division) must register their notice of intent with the Election Office before accepting campaign contribution or incurring campaign expenses.

From January 1, 2026 to September 17, 2029, Parkland County will be accepting Notices of Intent for the 2029 election.
