Election Day is October 20, 2025!

Regular voting stations will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.

Register to Vote

Voter registry will be used

Registration

  • All voters must be on the permanent Electors Registry.
  • To register to vote or check to see if you are registered to vote, visit Voterlink.

Voter eligibility

  • You are eligible to vote in the election if:
    • You are at least 18 years old,
    • You are a Canadian Citizen, and
    • You reside in Alberta and your usual place of residence is located in the local jurisdiction on election day.

Where do I Vote app - coming soon

  • The app will allow you to enter your address and will identify which voting stations you are eligible to vote at, which is the closest to you, and it also gives you directions!

Special Ballot (mail-in voting)

Voters who are unable to vote at their designated advance vote or Election Day voting station, may apply to vote by special (mail-in) ballot, starting on August 1, 2025.

Fill in the below form and send to elections@parklandcounty.com, or contact the Returning Officer by phone: 825-963-5170 for more details on how to request a special ballot.

Last day to appeal to the Courts to request a recount:

The Local Authorities Election Act allows for any elector to apply to the Court for a recount in accordance with Section 103.
