Approved Subdivision Applications

Due to the Canada Post strike, the County may be unable to deliver landowner notices informing residents about new and approved subdivision applications in their area.

As a temporary alternative, new subdivision applications and approved subdivision applications will be listed online until normal postal service is resumed.

Notice of New Subdivision Application Effective September 29, 2025:

Subject Property - Lot 1, Block 3, Plan 9822182 within SE-12-51-27-W4M (located in Division 1)

A subdivision application has been received by Parkland County Planning & Development Services (“Planning Services”) for the property located at 51110 RGE RD 270.  The subdivision application no. PLSP20250779 proposes to create one (1) residential parcel, in addition to two (2) municipal reserve and one (1) environmental reserve parcels.

PROPOSED SUBDIVISION PARCEL DETAILS

Parkland County Land Use Bylaw No. 2017-18 sets permitted and discretionary land uses for each district.  The land uses associated with the proposed subdivision is a permitted use in the Country Residential District.

This subdivision application is supported by an approved Conceptual Scheme, available digitally by request to the undersigned.

Please note this application is being referred to you in accordance with Sections 653 of the Municipal Government Act in that it may affect your interests. Subdivision decisions are made by the Parkland County Subdivision Authority in accordance with the Municipal Government Act (RSA 2000) and the Subdivision and Development Regulation (44/2002).
