Snow Plow Tracker
Parkland County is responsible for care and maintenance of over 2,000 km of roads. We strive to have the main road system plowed within three days after a snowfall stops.
Snow Removal Priority:
- Arterial Roadways (highly used roads)
- Collector roads (roadways connecting arterial and subdivision roads)
- Local and Subdivision roads (including Hamlets)
- Parking lots (Parkland County facilities and Community Halls)
The Province is responsible for clearing all provincial highways.
How to use the Tracker:
Zoom in and pan around the map to see where plows have been in the last 30 minutes. The map is refreshed regularly during periods of snow plow activity.
• Snow Plows may be slightly ahead of the locations shown.
•Snow Plows may not be actively clearing snow where shown on the map.
• Snow removal routes are not shown on this map.
