October 2023:
The Helenslea Heath Road Rehabilitation Project is now complete, and the one-year warranty period has begun.
A reclamation was performed on the base of the road to strengthen the road structure, followed by paving to create a smooth driving surface. Paving included matching into all 144 residential accesses. A warranty inspection will be completed next fall.
We'd like to thank all residents for their ongoing patience during the construction process. We appreciate the kindness shown to the construction crews, especially by those who provided refreshments and engaged with positive feedback.
Please note that there are some roadwork operations remaining for minor repairs/inspections. These are expected to have minimal impact to local residents. Seed inspections will take place early next spring around June 1, 2024, pending weather. With this year’s dry conditions, please feel free to proceed with typical yard maintenance as required in the landscape areas.
