From a spark of inspiration to a Parkland County tradition. How two local car lovers turned a simple idea into one of the County’s most beloved annual events.

 Attention: Classic Car Enthusiasts

The Clymont Car Show and Family Fun Day is a free event run by some of the County’s biggest car lovers, Al Saramaga and Carl Nieberding.

Three years ago, Al attended the 60th anniversary of the Edmonton Antique Car Club held at the Clymont Hall.

With so many vintage cars in attendance, Al had an idea: why not open the event to the County’s community?

Since then, the Clymont Car Show’s popularity has skyrocketed. What started as a show with around 90 cars, quickly turned into one of the County’s most loved events with over 250 vintage vehicles in attendance in 2024.

What Can You Expect?

“You get a bit of everything,” says Carl.

“Theres old tractors, classic cars, and a few other nostalgic cars. It’s a situation where we have something for everyone. It’s not just come walk through, we have something for the kids and adults as well.”

The Clymont Car Show truly has it all. Kids can enjoy the free petting zoo, inflatable bouncy castles, and a scenic trail walk through the woods. Adults can relax and browse the swap meet for vintage treasures.

Don’t miss out on some old-fashioned fun! Join a community of car lovers on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Clymont Hall for a day packed full of nostalgia, 50s and 60s music, and family fun!
