Acheson Transit Service News
Transit Service is here to stay
Parkland County is pleased to announce that Council has approved Transit Service to be permanant core-service. This decision cements the County as a regional transit partner in both the Tri-Municipal and Edmonton Metropolitan regions.
To support existing businesses and help to attract new businesses to Acheson, the Public Transportation Utility Fee ( billed annually to Acheson property owners) has been reduced 50% with the additional funding being provided from the Parkland County Business Attraction Fund.
New Route
Starting on September 4, 2018, Route 562 will provide a connection from Spruce Grove to Acheson.
