Online reporting

Use Parkland County's Online Incident Reporting

Online Incident Reporting

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Online Incident Reporting allows you to report an incident without having to wait for regular office hours.

Note: Enforcement Services will respond to complaints received through the website on the next business day.

Use Online Incident Reporting to report incidents relating to:

  • nuisance dogs
  • off-highway vehicles (OHVs)
  • traffic safety
  • unsightly properties
  • miscellaneous

If the complaint is not a matter within the jurisdiction of Parkland County Enforcement Services, we will forward to the appropriate County department or outside agency.

If you are reporting a concern that is in progress (such as a loud noise or a parked truck obstructing traffic), please do not use Online Incident Reporting. Contact Enforcement Services at the phone number on the right.

After hours calls may be forwarded to a voice messaging system due to call volume in our centre. Leave your name, number and type of complaint on the answering machine and a member will get back to you as soon as possible. If the message is outside of Enforcement Services shift hours, your message will be returned the next day.

Advantages of online incident reporting

  • available 24/7
  • easy to use fill-in-the-blanks format
  • add information at a later date if needed
  • email confirmations quote a reference number for further follow-up
