Parkland County offers Law Firms two options for ordering tax certificates online or via email.  

  1. Launch the online system
  2. Select an option to search by and click the 'Go' button beside it. 
  3. Continue through the options. You will receive your tax certificate immediately after making the payment with a Visa or Mastercard.

For email orders, complete the Tax Certificate Request form and then send it to customerservice@parklandcounty.com.  These certificates will be prepared within 24 hours and will be emailed back to you.  The certificate will be issued once payment has been received. 

If you are requesting a tax certificate before the 5th of the month, contact the Tax Department for an accurate balance as tax penalties may not yet have added to the roll.

Can we send in our request by fax or email and then mail the cheque?

Yes, but the tax certificate won't be processed until we receive the payment.

Can we get a tax search rather than a tax certificate?

No, we only offer tax certificates.

Do we need an account to order a tax certificate online?

No, you only need to have a valid credit card.
