When a State of Local Emergency is declared due to an emergency (wildfires, tornados, floods, etc.), Parkland County is responsible for providing and coordinating services that reduce impacts to our residents, the general public, private or public properties, and the environment.

In addition to our internal resources, we often must rely on external partners and vendors to assist in our response efforts.  Advance planning and preparation play an integral role in our response, so we are looking to develop a pre-qualified vendor listing to help us respond in those emergency situations - as quickly as possible.

Parkland County values our local partnerships and is looking for vendors that can provide the following goods and services:

1.      Local Accommodations (Hotels, etc.);

2.      Facility Rentals (Community Centers or Facilities);

3.      Heavy Equipment (and Operator) Rentals;

4.      Hospitality (Food) Services;

5.      Site Security Services;

6.      Transportation Services; and

7.      Environmental Response Services.

If you are interested in supporting the County, please complete the forms contained in the links above, and submit them to procurementservices@parklandcounty.com
