Dog licences help return lost pets to their owners, increase safety in our community, and encourage responsible pet ownership in accordance with our Animal Control Bylaw. Dogs over the age of six months living in Parkland County must be registered and wear a Parkland County dog licence tag.

Cats do not require a licence in Parkland County.

What is the cost of a dog licence?
