Business Revitalization Program

Who qualifies:

·       Any hamlet storefront business in Parkland County

·       Eligible applicants may submit more than one project but should rank them by priority.

·       All businesses need to have up-to-date permits to be eligible for the Business Revitalization Program 

·       Home-based businesses do not qualify

·       Permits for signage, furniture, bike racks, or others will be required

• The Business Revitalization Program has limited funds available
  
  
• All applicants are strongly encouraged to discuss their project with the Economic Diversification team in advance of submitting an application to ensure eligibility for the suggested project.
  
  
• Apply for any required permits for the project via the PlanIt portal. 
  
  
• The signed applications and all supporting documentation listed above must be submitted no later than the application deadline of October 1^st, 2023.
  
  
• Receive confirmation from Parkland County Economic Diversification that the application is complete, and confirmation to begin work.
  
  
• Complete work and complete all final inspections, as required.
  
  
• Submit before and after pictures, along with confirmation of payment.
