There are two different opportunities for you to appear before Council or Governance and Priorities Committee:

Public Input
Public input session

A 15 minute period for all public to speak. The Public Input Session begins at 9:05 a.m.

Schedule an appointment

A 15 minute appointment to present, please contact Legislative Services at least 4 weeks in advance.

Public input sessions

Public Input is a 15 minute opportunity for public to speak at Council and Governance and Priorities Committee meetings. Public Input is not a question and answer session.  

 

Please email governanceagendas@parklandcounty.com or call 780-968-8471 to advise if you wish to attend the Public Input session. Public Input is an opportunity for the public to address Council or Governance and Priorities Committee. Staff will obtain your contact information at the end of Public Input. Your questions will then be directed to the appropriate service department.

 

Public Input Session begins at 9:05 a.m. Should you have materials you would like to distribute, please bring 25 copies. For more information please email governanceagendas@parklandcounty.com

Schedule an appointment

Scheduled appointments to present at a Council or Governance and Priorities Committee meeting are made by contacting Legislative Services at least 4 weeks in advance. Presentations are limited to 15 minutes. Presentation materials are permitted and are submitted in advance of the meeting. Should you have additional materials please bring 25 copies. To schedule an appointment please email governanceagendas@parklandcounty.com
