We are here to serve you. With health and safety as our top priority, we ask that you only visit our buildings if you require service that cannot be completed over the phone or through email. Services may be available by appointment only, so please call ahead. If you have questions, please give us a call at 780-968-8888.
Safety Codes inspections for unoccupied interior spaces will continue. Wherever possible, occupied interior space inspections will either be conducted via Remote Video Inspection or delayed as we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Permits may be extended if we determine an inspection is not possible at this time. |

In your email, please include your permit number, address, and preferred date of inspection. Requests received before 3:30 pm will be confirmed by the end of the business day.
