About the facility
The Entwistle Community Recreation Centre (ECRC) is the only recreation centre owned by Parkland County. This facility is home to the Entwistle Outdoor Pool, the Entwistle Library, and has s a great location to rent a space to host an event!
Being County owned, the ECRC allows us to better serve you! This location provides access to select county services, saving you a trip out to Parkland County Centre.

Residents have the option to access select County services at this facility during regular office hours.
Services include:
- Address changes
- Alternate Pick up/Drop off location for mail/packages
- Ball Diamond Bookings for Meridian Sports Park and Coal Diamond Sports Park
- Basic Tax inquiries and payments
- Cemetery plot sales and inquiries
- Enforcement complaints/inquiries
- Fire permits
- Fun bag pick up/drop off
- General complaints
- Jubilee Hall bookings
- Map Sales
- Utility Payments
