As an essential component of the overall strategic planning process, performance reporting monitors the organization’s progress to determine if Parkland County is successfully achieving the County’s goals or if adjustments need to be made. Regular Reporting is used by Administration to keep Council informed about the County’s progress and results achieved.

Effective performance monitoring is the County’s feedback loop that links strategy, planning, and continuous improvement together into an integrated system – it aligns direction, action and results.

Beginning in November 2024,  Parkland County is summarizing Performance & Project Update Reports relating to the Strategic Plan.
Following public presentation of Performance & Project Update Reports to Council, reports will be made available on the website for review.  Please subscribe to this page (see the right side) to receive notification of future updates.
