Through the corporate planning process, Administration connects specific actions and projects to the pillars, goals, and strategic priorities described in the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. The Corporate Plan is used by Administration to prioritize actions and projects and guide the County’s activities to continue to deliver services the community relies on. The Corporate Plan ensures that the County’s resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Guided by the priorities defined in Parkland County's 2025 Corporate Plan, throughout 2025, Administration will work towards achieving the County's strategic priorities and goals while continuing to deliver core services to the community.
