2024 Achievements

  • Parkland County is a leader in program funding - over $315,000 was awarded to 26 Community Leagues to help provide recreation and social programs that meet the unique needs and interests of the county's residents.

  • Parkland County’s 2024 Not-for-Profit grant provided $93k to 15 not-for-profit groups to assist in providing recreation and social programs to Parkland County residents.

  • We had approximately 1,000 people participate in Love Where You Live block party events across the County.

  • Our Community Services team co-hosted the inaugural Don’t Just Survive, Thrive conference with the Town of Stony Plain and the City of Spruce Grove. The conference provided non-profit organizations with a platform to share resources and successes, enhance collaboration and discuss challenges.
